METROPLAN ORLANDO 2008 ANNUAL REPORT

The theme of this annual report for Metroplan Orlando is “Time-Tested.” By working with the Orange County Historical Museum, we were able to take a now and then approach to this piece. This piece was designed to feel historic and substantial, while working on a limited budget. By creating a special spine with a side stitched binding and utilizing a diecut on the cover with an amazing textured paper throughout, the viewer can’t help but want to dig into this beauty. The piece features some photos over 100 years old and pairs them with photos of the same location today. Then in the back we look into the future and pair photos from today with renderings of tomorrow.
